Unable to Sign In

Are You Signed In?

To do this, check the top right corner of this (or any page in this portal):

  • If you see your name there, you are all set!
  • If you see "Sign In," click on it to sign in through My Apps.
    • Alternatively, go into My Apps and click the Global User Services Portal tile.

If it's not working, please use this service to request help from GUS by clicking the Request Service button.

  • Note: Support will not be provided by GUS until your identity has been confirmed by your manager and HR.
