Installing the Application

---

OneDrive should come pre-installed in all Teladoc provided computers (macOS and Windows).
In case it is not, please follow these steps to install it:

1. Open MyApps: https://myapps.microsoft.com/.
2. Select OneDrive.
3. Click the Settings (cogwheel) button in the top right.
4. Select Get the OneDrive apps.
5. Click Download OneDrive.
6. Open the downloaded file and follow its instructions.
   • Note: You may get prompted by Admin By Request, see more info here:
     • Requesting Local Administrator Privileges (macOS)
     • Requesting Local Administrator Privileges (Windows)
7. Once installed, check the following articles to learn how to set it up:

Syncing Your Personal OneDrive

Our organization does not allow you to sync your personal OneDrive on Teladoc provided computers.
