Installing the Application


OneDrive should come pre-installed in all Teladoc provided computers (macOS and Windows).
In case it is not, please follow these steps to install it:

  1. Open MyAppshttps://myapps.microsoft.com/.
  2. Select OneDrive.
  3. Click the Settings (cogwheel) button in the top right.
  4. Select Get the OneDrive apps.
  5. Click Download OneDrive.
  6. Open the downloaded file and follow its instructions.

Syncing Your Personal OneDrive

Our organization does not allow you to sync your personal OneDrive on Teladoc provided computers.
